Inquiries submitted via our Request for Quotation (RFQ) forms or contact portals serve as non-binding requests for technical evaluation.

Non-Binding Inquiries:Submitting an RFQ does not constitute a binding contract. Official commercial commitments are established only upon execution of a formal Purchase Order (PO), Statement of Work (SOW), or manufacturing contract signed by authorized company officers.
Technical Accuracy:Clients are responsible for ensuring that technical drawings, tolerance specifications, material standards, and CAD geometry submitted to SATTVASHTHA AEROSPACE are complete and accurate.

5. Export & Defense Regulatory Compliance

Statutory Defense & Export Notice

Certain aerospace, defense, and dual-use engineering components manufactured or discussed by SATTVASHTHA AEROSPACE PVT LTD are subject to national defense procurement policies, Ministry of Defence clearances, and export control regulations of India. Transmission of restricted technical data across international borders is strictly governed by statutory regulations.

6. Disclaimers & Technical Warranties

The website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Manufacturing warranties for actual engineered components are governed strictly by individual commercial supply agreements and quality assurance protocols (such as AS9100 / ISO standards).
